After developing a strategy aimed at positioning Allied as the landlord to the creative class, WE launched Block, an award-winning magazine that tells stories about the ways in which Allied’s spaces facilitate creative excellence. Six years and roughly 20 issues later, WE continues to manage the production of each issue of Block from top-to-bottom, developing story ideas; commissioning writers, illustrators, photographers and fine artists; and managing production through to delivery of a final printed product. The magazine continues to function as a cornerstone of the Allied brand—testament to the company’s profound understanding, and appreciation, of design, creativity and community.
