A Place In History
Montreal, Canada / Located in Montreal’s historic Griffintown neighbourhood by Lachine Canal, the Nordelec condo building remains a remarkable example of Montreal’s early 20th Century architecture. Built in 1913 and acquired by Allied Properties REIT in 2006, the building has established itself as a hub for forward-thinking companies in technology, advertising, media and beyond, supporting the ongoing transformation of Pointe-Saint-Charles into Montreal’s most vibrant creative community.
A longstanding partner of Allied’s, Whitman Emorson worked closely with the property developer to design and produce the printed collateral used for marketing and sales purposes. The delivered brochure seamlessly connects Nordelec to the larger Allied brand, while still reinforcing its own unique, creative identity as a permanent fixture in the ever-evolving Montreal landscape.
